No matter when or where you are, we are committed to providing you with a fashionable and comfortable wearing experience. So, how should you choose the fabric for your shirt?

The first fabric that comes to mind is 100% pure cotton shirt fabric.

It is strong, soft, and smooth, giving it a gorgeous and elegant appearance.

Additionally, it offers good air permeability, making it ideal for staying cool in the summer or in a stuffy office. However, cotton shirts tend to wrinkle easily. Isn’t it troublesome to have to iron a cotton shirt every morning?

Here’s a “brilliant” idea: why not opt for an anti-crease treatment on cotton shirts? We can apply a chemical agent to achieve a non-iron finish on cotton fabric. However, it’s important to note that this process often alters the excellent skin-affinity of pure cotton fabric and introduces potentially harmful chemicals. Furthermore, the fabric loses some of its elasticity and natural texture, resulting in a somewhat strange feeling.

Alternatively, you may consider regular shirt fabric, such as CVC or TC shirting. These fabrics are made by blending cotton and polyester, providing higher tenacity and strength compared to pure cotton cloth. They also help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. On the downside, the hand feel of these fabrics may not be as soft as that of pure cotton.

Another option to consider is Tencel cotton and Modal cotton interwoven with some polyester. This fabric offers a good luster, a very soft hand feel, and a straight appearance. Tencel and Modal fibers are breathable, allowing moisture wicking, heat dissipation, and air circulation.

Lastly, bamboo fabric is gaining popularity nowadays due to its excellent drape and incredibly soft hand feel. Bamboo fiber is a new and environmentally friendly material. Whether it is blended with cotton or polyester fiber, it provides a silk-like shine, good moisture absorption, and perspiration.
